The “Convertible Door Kit” is a versatile all-season solution for your 900 Crew or early 1000 Crew models. These doors offer both full and half-door configurations, with removable upper windows for easy customization.
The lower section is made from a durable 1-inch tubular metal frame, with a CNC-cut and welded 18-gauge steel outer plate, powder-coated in a textured black finish for extra toughness and style.
The upper window section features a sturdy frame wrapped in heavy-duty fabric and a tinted 20-gauge vinyl window. This entire section can be removed in seconds to convert the doors into half doors, also if desired you can easily remove the doors completely by lifting them off of the hinges just like the old JEEP Doors!
The doors open and close smoothly like a car door, thanks to a double steel pin front hinge system (no "suicide" doors here). The adjustable slam latch ensures quick and easy access, while the exit linkage system makes getting out effortless, even in the dark. The flexible outer pull handle strap won’t be damaged when riding in tight areas.
These door kits come with both driver and passenger doors, upper and lower sections, all necessary hardware, and instructions. Plus, replacement parts are always available if needed.
